Michigan State football will be welcoming back one of its key defensive lineman for another season.
Anthony Jones confirmed on Wednesday that he’ll return to Michigan State next year. Jones made the announcement via social media platform X.
Jones just wrapped up his first season at Michigan State, finishing the year with 25 tackles — which included two sacks. Prior to this past season, he played one year at Oregon before transferring to Indiana for one year as well.
Jones should again play a role for the Spartans in 2025. He will compete for a starting spot and should at a minimum be in the rotation again for Michigan State.
