Souths wants Johnston to stay, break tries record there

Wayne Bennett has declared he wants Alex Johnston to be a one-club player, keen for the winger to break Ken Irvine's try-scoring record in cardinal red and myrtle green.

Johnston will return from an achilles tendon rupture against an undermanned Penrith at Accor Stadium on Thursday night, playing his first NRL game since going down injured last August.
