The older brother of the Southport murderer Axel Rudakubana feared he would kill someone two years before he carried out his attack.

At the Southport Inquiry on Tuesday, Dion Rudakubana said his brother Axel reminded him of the sociopathic murderer Anton Chigurh, played by Javier Bardem, in the film No Country for Old Men.
