Tonda Eckert is relieved to finally draw a line under the ‘Spygate’ scandal and will “forever be grateful” for Southampton FC’s support during a period which changed his life.
It was confirmed on Wednesday that Eckert had escaped with a suspended six-week ban for his role in the club being found guilty of beaching three EFL regulations at the end of last season after they were caught filming a training session of opponents Middlesbrough.
