The snake that bit your dog changes everything
India has four snake species responsible for the overwhelming majority of serious envenomations in dogs: the Indian cobra (Naja naja), Russell's viper (Daboia russelii), the common krait (Bungarus caeruleus), and the saw-scaled viper (Echis carinatus). These four are collectively called the Big Four, and their venoms work through entirely different biological mechanisms. This is not a detail, it is the clinical fact that determines whether your dog survives.
