Six arrested in £300m social housing fraud probe in London and Italy

Six people have been arrested in connection with a multimillion-pound fraud investigation into a social housing provider.

Officers raided six addresses across the UK, including in London, and one in Venice, Italy, while looking into social housing investor Home Reit. The company is alleged to have committed £300 million offences in bribery and fraud.
