She said: "How the hell has it been two years without you? I miss you so much everyday, I need my big brother and I just need some answers everyday is just a limbo, I miss you
"Where oh where are you James? We as a family need you more than ever. Please just someone, somewhere must know something. James' case is and will remain open until found. James is a long term missing person. We will continue for as long as it takes to find you James."
Speaking to the ECHO, last year, Emma said the family are "heartbroken" and the last words James said to his sister were "love you see you soon".
Speaking to the ECHO, she said: "I'm so glad of that, whenever he walked me home after a night out in the town we would always tell each other we love one another, just like I do with my other family members."
At the time he went missing James was wearing a white t-shirt and grey jogging bottoms. He is described as 5ft 8 with bright blue eyes, of a medium build and with a distinctive scar on the side of his head.
James did not take his phone, identification, cigarettes or cash when he went missing. His bank account has not been used and there has not been a single confirmed sighting.
