Does Shutterfly offer free shipping?
Shutterfly does occasionally offer free shipping offers. For example, we've seen the likes of codes for free shipping on orders worth $79 or more. However, although these offers tend to run regularly, they also tend to be time limited. If you can't redeem free shipping, fees will be calculated based on what you're ordering and which shipping method you choose. These will be displayed at the checkout.
Can I return Shutterfly orders?
If there is an error with your purchase or you’re unhappy with the quality, you can arrange a return by contacting the Shutterfly customer service team. Quality-related returns are free of charge, and the team often give you the choice of a refund or having your orders reshipped. However, if you are returning your order for any reason unrelated to an error, there will be a 50% return fee applied to your refund total.
How do I contact Shutterfly customer service?
There are a few ways to contact Shutterfly. Firstly, you can call the team at (877) 284-9610. The phone lines are available on weekdays from 7am - 5pm (PST) and at weekends from 8am - 4pm (PST). You can also use the live chat service on the website which is available 24/7.

Join the newsletter: If you want to hear the latest about the products Shutterfly offer, you can sign up for the mailing list through the brand's website. Just provide your chosen email address, and you'll receive regular updates on new releases and promotions, plus gifting tips and other extras.
Sign up for texts: Whilst you're signing up for the newsletter, you can also opt in for text updates by providing your chosen phone number. You'll be sent the same updates to your phone as you would by email, plus you'll be sent an extra promotion for 20% off your next order.
Download the app: Customers can get exclusive deals on the Shutterfly app. The app is free to download, and gives you access to unlimited free 4x4 and 4x6 prints, as well as the discounted price of $2 on personalised magnets, and a free 20-page 6x6 photo book each month (although you will still need to pay shipping fees). Members will also get free photo storage associated with their account for 18 months, making it easy to save favorite photos for future use.
How to use Shutterfly coupon codes
1. Find the Shutterfly promo code you want to use and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
2. Copy the code and head to the Shutterfly website.
3. After creating your personalized items, go to your shopping cart.
4. Enter your name and shipping address details, click 'Next' and enter your payment details.
5. Before you place your order, scroll down and paste your coupon code in the Promos/Gift Certificates/Gift Cards section. Once you add the code, the discount will be applied.
6. You can now place your order.

How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to check they work as intended before they’ve been uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.

How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from coupons through a commission-based model. We have agreements in place with each retailer on our site - for every purchase made using one of our coupons or deals, we earn a small percentage of the order total back in commission.
