Seoul: South Korea in mourning after Halloween crowd crush kills 153

South Korea’s President Yoon Suk-yeol has declared a period of national mourning after a stampede during Halloween festivities killed 153 people.

Tens of thousands of people - mostly in their teens or 20s - were believed to have gathered in Itaewon for festivities on Saturday night.
