Sean Dyche felt the officials got all three debatable decisions right in Burnley's draw with Manchester United.
United had two goals in the first half disallowed, with Raphael Varane's header ruled out when Harry Maguire was adjudged to be offside and interfering with play when he blocked Jay Rodriguez.
The goal was given on the pitch and the teams were ready to kick-off again before Mike Dean was told to view the incident on the pitchside monitor and overturned the decision.
Josh Brownhill's own goal was then disallowed for a foul on Erik Pieters by Edinson Cavani, with the decision made on pitch and confirmed by VAR.
The second half saw the Turf Moor crowd calling for Maguire to be sent off after he hauled down Rodriguez when he looked to be through on goal. Dean only showed a yellow card and wasn't asked to review that, a decision Dyche felt was just about correct.
"The problem with the game now is it has to be a foul [for the first goal] because they get given everywhere on the pitch," said Dyche.
"Then we get the opposite where they don’t give decisions in the box they give elsewhere.
"The Maguire one, is that a sending off? It probably could be. Over the season you just hope you’re on the right side of them. I personally feel the decisions were right, even the Maguire one, I don’t really want to see players sent off for that, the ball is running so it’s a debate, if the ball is spinning or coming back I think he goes."
United dominated the first half at Turf Moor but only scored once through Paul Pogba, allowing Burnley back into the game in the second half and Jay Rodriguez equalised just after the break.
"Man United were the better side in the first half, we never really got near what I was hoping for, apart from the work ethic of the defensive unit. We wanted a reaction and the players gave a reaction, the second half is much more what we want to be like against a very good outfit. It’s a very positive point," said Dyche.
"It’s not easy, we’re in a situation where we’re bottom of the league. I don’t think we should be there, we’ve got to correct it and it’s difficult. We’re playing against Man United, there might be some noise about them but there’s still some top, top players there.
"You can’t wait for games to come your way, you have to make them come your way. You could argue Man United were very good, or we were off and we made Man United look very good."
