Andy Black - Cumbernauld, Scotland

Not much is known about Andy's current diet plan for World's Strongest Man 2022 - other than the fact that he consumes a whopping 6,000 calories a day!

He smashes down eight boiled eggs in the morning, as they are a lean source of protein and hold little calories, so it is simple to count them.

Other probable foods in Andy's diet include leaner meats like chicken and turkey, as they are a good source of protein.

Fish, whole grains and various beans and lentils are also beneficial in building muscle mass, so it wouldn't be surprising if Andy consumed these daily.

Luke Stoltman - Invergordon, Scotland

Luke provided a whole days of eating on his YouTube channel, which is linked below:

On training days, Luke starts his day quite early at 6:20 a.m.

His first meal is a bowl of overnight oats, which is made by combining 80 grams of oats with 100 grams of blueberries and then a protein of choice, like whey protein powder or greek yogurt.

He sometimes will add chives or vanilla to up the flavor but will pair it with a black coffee.

For his mid-morning snack, Luke then has six eggs with mushrooms and a cup of fruit.

At lunchtime, Luke packs away 260 grams steak mince, 300 grams of potatoes, and 200 grams of vegetables.

Luke re-ups on his lunch protein at tea time with 260 grams steak mince for dinner, pairing it with 300 grams of potatoes and coleslaw of carrots and cabbage.

He tops it with some mint sauce and drinks kefir to swash it down.

Tom Stoltman - Invergordon, Scotland

Brother to Luke, Tom Stoltman also enjoys a jam-packed day of training and food-consuming - consuming a whopping 14,000 calories on competition days and 8,000 for normal training.

For his first meal, Tom has a 'traditional breakfast' consisting of eight eggs, a vegetable of choice (usually mushrooms), and toast.

Tom’s second meal comes in the form of a pink lady apple and a protein shake with three scoops of chocolate whey before he starts training.

Tom’s lunch is a bit more of a feast in the form of risotto, consisting of 400 grams of rice, 300 grams of chicken, vegetables, and cranberry juice.

Tom's dinner, and final meal, includes 300 grams of steakburgers paired with 400 grams of potatoes, cabbage and topped with gravy.
