Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, inaugurated on Friday the work of the 43rd Gulf Summit at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.
In his opening address, the Crown Prince said that the Kingdom intends to present the second phase of King Salman bin Abdulaziz vision to boost and develop Gulf states, stressing that cooperation among Gulf Council countries will help to achieve the desired goals.
He also reiterated the Kingdom’s "full support" for reaching a political solution in Yemen, stressing the need for Iran to commit to the nuclear agreements and international treaties.
The Crown Prince congratulated Qatar’s Emir Tamim bin Hamad for the remarkable success in hosting the FIFA World Cup 2022.
