Revenue accelerated to almost €90bn at the car giant behind the likes of Vauxhall, Peugeot and Alfa Romeo during the first half of its financial year.
Stellantis, whose brands also include Chrysler, Jeep, Opel, Fiat and Maserati, has posted a revenue of €88bn, a rise of 17%.
Its adjusted operating income also rose 44% to €12.4bn while its net profits increased 34% to €8bn.

One of the company's main UK factories is based in Ellesmere Port.
