A US official disclosed on Sunday that Russia has assembled a substantial force, including recently arrived North Korean troops, with the intention of launching an assault on Ukrainian positions in Kursk. The official indicated that the offensive is anticipated to take place in the coming days.
Furthermore, a Ukrainian commander confirmed on Sunday that North Korean troops are actively participating in direct combat operations in Kursk, as well as engaging in defensive maneuvers in the neighboring Belgorod region of Russia and in territories occupied by Russia within Ukraine.
