Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK is to relocate 300 employees in Manchester from Spinningfields to St Peter’s Square.
The firm has agreed a 15-year lease on the 14,000 sq ft ninth floor at Barings Real Estate's Landmark office building.
RSM UK, which has 3,660 partners and staff in 32 offices throughout the UK, will join the likes of HSBC UK, Allianz Insurance, Grant Thornton, JLL and social enterprise, Change Please, within the building which is also home to the Hana by Industrious Flex centre.

Ian Mayhew, managing director, UK real estate asset management at Barings, said: "RSM UK is a welcome addition to our global tenant roster at Landmark.
