Well, now's your chance, as a house which was once the Royal family 's local pub on the Sandringham estate is up for sale.

The property, situated in the village of Flitcham and on the market for £700,000, used to be The New Inn pub - but closed down in the 1980s and was turned into a four bedroom house.
