Rio Ferdinand believes that Tottenham have had the best transfer window out of all 20 Premier League clubs this summer. Always set to make key changes with Antonio Conte at the helm, the Lilywhites managed to bring in six new faces a couple of weeks before the 2022/23 Premier League season commenced.
Udinese star Destiny Udogie is in line to become the seventh new signing, although the Italy U21 international will head back to Le Zebrette on a loan deal until the end of the campaign. Hailing January arrivals Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski for having a major impact on Conte's team, Ferdinand believes Yves Bissouma and Richarlison are also very good additions and will be a success at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
While Richarlison was suspended for the opening day win vs Southampton, Bissouma made his official Spurs bow after replacing Bentancur for the final four minutes of the contest. Making a huge name for himself at Brighton & Hove Albion, Ferdinand has stated that the Mali international should be a starter for Tottenham and he will make a difference in the middle of the park.

"Kulusevski, him and Bentancur are two wicked signings. You saw last season, they came in hit the ground running," he said on Vibe with Five. "I would argue that Spurs have had the best window. Bissouma, starts in that team, is going to make a difference, Richarlison, gives them another dimension.
"They've got good options up there, Lucas Moura's still there and I think the Conte impact is massive. This guy man, the mentality, the drive, you know what I loved when I saw Kane and Son being sick in pre-season, he is stripping all these men back, I don’t care who you are, Golden Boot I don’t care, strip you back you’re all getting rinsed in pre-season."
