Riley Gaines has claimed that her immigrant husband is “more American than a lot of US citizens” due to his respect for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Wednesday (25 February), the conservative political activist said her husband Louis Barker, who originates from the UK, “did everything the right way” and “respects ICE officers”.
Barker, who moved to the US in 2018, currently has a green card and is in the process of applying for citizenship, Gaines said.
“He loves this country, he understands the freedoms that we have,” said Gaines, a former competitive swimmer.
She added: “He sees the trajectory of England and he is so grateful to be here.”
