Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are concerned about Brandi Glanville as they say she looks "incredibly unwell" in a new video.
Brandi, 50, sat down for a chat with pal former Below Deck star Kasey Cohen for an interview on her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered.
Taking to Instagram to share a snippet - in video form - from their conversation, the ex RHOBH starlet could be seen sitting on a white chair.
Looking off-duty and relaxed with her blonde locks tied up into a messy bun atop her head, Brandi could be seen sporting a white spaghetti-strap top.
Wearing some black headphones, Brandi chatted to Kasey, but it wasn't the conversation that left fans taking to social media to discuss the reality star.
Real Housewives super fans were quick to comment on Brandi's appearance, with many flocking to a sub Reddit thread to note how she looked "unwell".
Sharing the video on a Reddit thread, the original poster penned: "I am NOT here to body shame anyone but Brandi looks incredibly unwell."
"Her eyes always look completely lifeless," commented one fan under the original post.
A second person then added: "It makes me sad to see her like this."
"No. This is what she looks like. We're just so used to seeing her in full glam. We could all look amazing with their hair and make-up squad," a third person weighed in.
A fourth then added that they think "the whole Caroline Manzo scandal has really thrown her. We don't know the real story yet, but once RHUGT 4 comes out we will."
While a fifth addressed how she has spoken out how she has "struggled the past few months with the whole Carol situation" with someone else adding: "I think we're just used to seeing her in full beat."
The "Carol situation" refers to how Brandi was accused of kissing another cast member, Caroline Manzo from Real Housewives of New Jersey, without her consent, according to US Sun.
The paper reported that Brandi touched Carol's "vaginal area" on the Ultimate Girls Trip before getting "fired".
Earlier this year Brandi took part in Peacock's reality TV series The Traitors, but was absent from the reunion episode.
