The Tennessee Titans are reportedly among the teams that are making calls about trading for a kicker.

The news comes from Dianna Russini of The Athletic and comes as zero surprise considering the Titans are kicker-less after releasing Michael Badgley this week.

The Titans will have plenty of options at their disposal in their quest to find another kicker. On top of kickers being made available via trade, the Titans could look to the free-agent market and then waivers on Wednesday after cutdown day.

Our Shaun Calderon recently broke down a bunch of options the Titans could look to, which you can check out right here. The list includes Randy Bullock, who was pretty successful over two years with the team.

It’s befuddling the Titans find themselves in this situation given their kicker issues since 2019. The team has simply been unable to secure a long-term option, a problem that has now transcended a general manager change.

Prior to Badgley, the Titans left the job up to a pair of unproven kickers in 2022 UDFA Caleb Shudak and 2023 UDFA Trey Wolff, a situation that was destined to fail — and it did, as both players were cut last week, ending the competition.

We’ll see if the Titans can find their option ahead of the 4 p.m. ET cut deadline or if their search will be longer than that.
