Reform UK council hires private security guards in London commuter towns over 'fears about male migrants'

A Reform UK-run council is deploying private security guards in a number of London commuter town centres after concerns were raised over “gatherings of male migrants” from a nearby accommodation centre.

Six “operatives” will patrol Braintree, Colchester and Chelmsford town centres from Monday for an initial three-month trial period, according to Essex County Council.
