The Baltimore Ravens have a big decision to make in the event that they are unable to come to an agreement on a long-term deal with quarterback Lamar Jackson before the franchise tag deadline on Tuesday at 4pm EST. Newsome said that there will be “a lot of energy” put into getting a deal done with Jackson, but if not the team will put the franchise tag on him.
