Showing off her new wheels, the mum-of-one shared photographs of herself beaming with delight in front of the motor.
One picture was captioned: "Gracias amor", translating to "thanks love".
Another photo showed the Rangers WAG sitting on the bonnet of the car posing with her hands in the air.
The caption read: "Se me adelanto el cumple" which translates to "My birthday was brought forward".
The couple, who are originally from Columbia but live in Glasgow, share their toddler daughter Leonela together.
