Kevin Thomson has sensationally quit Kelty Hearts.
The former Rangers and Hibs star had decided to walk away from the Scottish League Two title winners with immediate effect
The 37-year-old departs New Central Park after deciding he wants to push on and further his career in full-time management.

Ex-Rangers ace Thomson is believed to be on the shortlist for the Dundee job - having been offered the Raith Rovers gig last month but failing to agree terms.
Ian Murray has since taken on the reins at Stark's Park while Shaun Maloney is reportedly the front-runner to land the Dens Park gig to replace Mark McGhee.
Thomson has been a stunning success in his first managerial gig after taking over from Rangers hero Barry Ferguson at Kelty Hearts.

He took the part-timers to league glory in his first season in charge and with that secured a spot in Scotland's third tier for next term.
Kelty will now begin their search for a new manager.
A club statement read: "Manager, Kevin Thomson, and Assistant Manager, Kevin McDonald, have today tendered their resignations which have been accepted by the club board.
"Over recent weeks it became apparent that Kevin’s aspirations lay away from Kelty Hearts Football Club.
"We would like to thank them both for their efforts whilst with the club. This resulted in our promotion to cinch League 1, winning the league by 21 points and reaching the 5th round of the Scottish Cup for the first time in our history.
"We would like to wish Kevin Thomson and Kevin McDonald all the very best in their careers going forward.
"The club have begun the process of identifying a new management team, we will update further as the situation develops."
Kelty return to competitive action in early July in the Premier Sports Cup group stages.
Livingston, Inverness, Albion Rovers and Cove Rangers join them in their section.
