Rangers hero Alex Rae believes that Alfredo Morelos should head for the Ibrox exit door this summer if a new contract can't be agreed - along with Joe Aribo and Ryan Kent.
The striker is a club legend in the eyes of some at Ibrox as he enters his sixth year in light blue. He's been constantly linked with moves away across his entire stint and La Liga side Sevilla are the latest to be reportedly interested in signing Morelos. His teammates have been linked with moves away too.
Joe Aribo is said to be attracting the interest of Premier League newcomers Nottingham Forest and Ryan Kent has long been rumoured to have caught the eye of Leeds United. Such interest was perhaps anticipated after the club's fantastic run to the Europa League final in May, which was heartbreakingly lost to Eintracht Frankfurt on penalty kicks. Now an exodus could be on.
All three are in the final year of their contracts and there's been no announcement yet that extensions are on the way.
Rae - now assistant manager at English Championship side Reading - reckons his former club should look to try and rake in as much as they can financially if fresh terms can't be agreed.
The former midfielder told the Sunday Mail: “The club finds itself at a crossroads in relation to these players’ contracts. They have three of good value going into their last year and if they’re not going to re-sign, you might want to cash in.

"That would allow them to re-invest. It would be the first time in a few years where Rangers could then look at a different type of player, as opposed to free transfers.
It would get the trading model up and running. Whether they want to cash in on all three? That would be a stretch. But it would allow them to spend potentially £20million plus.
“I see this as a good opportunity for Rangers. You can’t sell all three – Aribo, Kent and Morelos – unless you have really good targets in mind.
"If you sold all three, you’d be looking at bringing in fortunes. So you could actually go and pay fees Rangers haven’t been able to pay recently."
