The conflict in Gaza has been ongoing for over 15 months, starting in October 2023 when Hamas militants attacked southern Israel, resulting in the deaths of approximately 1,200 people and the abduction of around 250 individuals. Tragically, a third of the 100 hostages still held in Gaza are believed to have perished. Gaza health authorities report that more than 46,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israel's offensive, without distinguishing between combatants and civilians.
