Prince Harry’s lawyer has demanded a criminal probe into the Sun after winning a “monumental victory” over the tabloid press.

David Sherborne called for a fresh police investigation, suggesting one of Murdoch’s key lieutenants, Rebekah Brooks, had overseen a “criminal enterprise” while working as editor of the Sun.
