Prince Harry has not held back when it comes to speaking about his royal relatives mentioning them in his bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey and also his controversial memoir Spare.
Since quitting his royal role back in 2020, Harry has opened up on his rocky relationships with both his father King Charles and brother Prince William - even detailing a physical altercation between them in his book, writes The Mirror.
However, back when Harry first got engaged to his now wife Meghan Markle nobody really knew the true extent of royal relations.
And during their first official interview together to mark their engagement, Harry and Meghan spoke fondly of the likes of Charles, William and Kate.
And now, body language expert Judi James, has pointed out a very telling gesture by Harry in that interview in 2017 which hinted at tension.
Judi highlights the moment that the interviewer asks about Harry introducing Meghan to his father and his brother.
She tells the Express : "Harry performs some fast blinks to suggest a burst of adrenalin and then he looks down in a cut-off gesture to conceal his eye expression and therefore – possibly – his true feelings.
"He then looks to his side as though recalling the moment and his lips clamp rather than move in speech.
"The ‘Ah...’ from Harry sounds telling, as though he is debating whether to tell all or not. He performs an asymmetric smile that suggests he could say more."
Harry and Meghan's engagement interview was aired back into the spotlight last year, when the pair spoke about it in their controversial Netflix series.
Meghan said it was an "orchestrated reality show" and claimed it was rehearsed, with the couple told what to do.
But BBC interviewer Mishal Husain hit back at the claims and simply said: "Recollections may vary" - the same phrase used by the late Queen in the aftermath of Harry and Meghan's Oprah interview.
Meanwhile, if tension was brewing back in 2017, it doesn't seem to have eased now.
Last week, Harry arrived back in the UK to attend a High Court hearing into his latest legal case.
The trip to the UK was believed to be the first time Harry has been back in the UK since the late Queen's funeral in September.
