Primark has confirmed opening hours for its Scottish branches during the Christmas period - with some stores set to stay open until 11pm.
The fashion giant has confirmed that stores across Scotland will be open for longer during the run-up to Christmas, allowing shoppers to get what they need before the big day.
From Monday, December 19, shoppers will find that their local Primark store will be open later - with Glasgow's Braehead store open until 11pm.
Additionally, like many retailers, Primark will be closing its doors earlier on Christmas Eve, with the majority of stores shuttering at 5pm before reopening on Boxing Day.
A spokesperson for Primark told the Record: "We know customers love our Christmas offering, many of whom began shopping for the festive season earlier than ever this year. We expect our stores to be busy, so we’ve extended opening hours in the run up to Christmas to allow customers plenty of time to visit and shop the Primark products they love.
"The majority of our Scottish stores will close at 17.00 on Christmas Eve and reopen on Boxing Day, but as this varies by store, we advise shoppers to check their local store times on our website before visiting to avoid disappointment."
