Pregnant Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague shares baby shower plans

Pregnant Molly-Mae Hague has shared details of her upcoming baby shower in Manchester.

The Love Island star, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tommy Fury, revealed that she’s hosting the celebration in the eatery Peter Street Kitchen.

"We’re going into the Peter Street Kitchen now, the venue for my baby shower, which I’ve literally just told you guys about in the streets of Manchester,” Hague said of the party on her YouTube channel.

“I’ve not really done like a proper conversation about it, but this should be a fun meeting.”

The 23-year-old then gave fans an insight into the party favours she was planning to give to her guests as well as some extra items, such as disposable cameras, she wanted at the bash while chatting to an event planner.

A voice across the table said: “You could take away maybe a little candle with not a date on, but...”

Hague responded: “I was thinking of getting those cookies in like the little plastic bags.

“Or we could get disposable cameras and I can get them all developed… On each camera you’ll have like, I don’t know, pictures of mummy.”

Hague later admitted that she was originally planning a more intimate gathering with her closest friends and family, but thought against it and realised she wanted to throw “something special” to celebrate the milestone.

Following the meeting, the star was seen sitting in her car as she told her fans: “I originally planned to have something really small, like 10-15 people of family and friends. Really close-knit circle.

“But then I realised I’ve never had a party before because I don’t drink and I’m not a party girl, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to have a bit of a celebration.”

“Because baby showers don’t really revolve around drinking and it’s not really a party thing, so it just kind of felt like the right time to have something special,” she continued.

“So, we’re organising, not so much an extravaganza, but definitely the biggest thing I’ve organised in terms of with family and friends. I’m really excited about it.”

Earlier this month, Hague and Fury announced they were expecting a baby girl after sharing a gender reveal video on Instagram.

The clip showed the couple bursting a balloon to reveal pink confetti.

Hague and Fury met during the fifth series of the hit reality show in 2019, finishing as runners-up behind Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.

The couple have gone on to have successful careers following their time on the ITV dating series, with Hague becoming the creative director at fashion brand PrettyLittleThing.

Fury, who is the half-brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, has continued his professional boxing career.
