Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar made headlines in 2012 when he dated his ‘Ekk Deewana Tha’ co-star Amy Jackson. The two who met on the film sets in 2011, later parted ways.
Talking about his break-up when he was just 25, Prateik recently revealed that it started a dark phase in his life. He shared that ‘Ekk Deewana Tha’ made him finally feel like an actor. Although he called it a ‘good film’, he went ahead to mention that things went haywire after he fell in love with Amy.
“And that just… how do I put this in simplest way… I think the bad phase began when I experienced heartbreak there,” Prateik told Mashable.
As heartbreak hit him different at the age of 25, the actor decided to disappear after he was reportedly suffering from depression. According to him, it was a bad time.
Previously in 2017, Amy had revealed that she wasn’t in touch with Prateik ever since their break up. She had told a new portal that although she doesn’t think it’s impossible to be friends with an ex, the two never spoke after the split.
Meanwhile. Prateik is currently married to Sanya Sagar. Amy, on the other hand, welcomed her first child with ex George Panayiotou.
