A frantic search has been launched after a two-year-old went missing from a garden wearing just a hoody and a diaper.
Rudy Oziah Reyes, two, disappeared from his garden in Nampa, Idaho on Thursday.
Police suspect he was taken by his non-custodial dad Rodolfo Reyes, 36, in a case of 'parental kidnapping'.
Reyes has distinctive tattoos on his head, face and neck reading 'Lil Rudy,' 'woman hat,' 'southside cliq,' Joelle, 'M' and 'horn.'
Authorities warned that he is known to carry a pistol.
The boy was last seen on Thursday at the Stinker gas station in Nampa, Idaho, after being taken from nearby North Yale St at 10.55am, said the amber alert, which came out at 3pm on Thursday.
The alert described the boy as two feet tall with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, a hoodie and a diaper, and he had no trousers or shoes on.
Mr Reyes was described by police as being 5 ft 9 inches, 190 pounds, with brown hair and black eyes.
Authorities located a 2018 Honda Civic they were initially looking for, but they later added they may be traveling in an unknown direction in a gray 2008 Lexus IS200 with Idaho license 2CTJ790.
The National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children said Thursday night the Amber Alert in Idaho was also extended to Washington and Oregon.
