Police have identified the man killed in a possible hit and run near the airport earlier this year.
They said 28-year-old Queanbeyan man Jyle Molloy was found dead on Pialligo Avenue about 11.05pm on February 27.
Investigators say he must have travelled to the area in a vehicle as he was last seen about 10.45pm in Russell.
He spent time with friends in the city between 9.30pm and 10.45pm, before walking alone towards Canberra Olympic Pool and up to Constitution Avenue in Russell.
Earlier, Mr Molley went to the Red Hot Summer festival in Commonwealth Park. He was wearing black jeans, a black "Gee-d-up" T-shirt, Nike shoes and carried a Gucci brand bumbag.
He was discovered with injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle and was found shortly afterwards.
Anyone who saw or collected Mr Molloy on the evening of the February 27 anywhere between Russell and Pialligo or was travelling eastbound on Pialligo Avenue, towards Queanbeyan should contact police.
Additionally, police would like to speak to anyone who drove from the city towards Queanbeyan via the airport between 10.30pm and 11.30pm that night.
Anyone who can assist police is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website and quote 7045713.
Mr Molloy is one of four people to die on Canberra roads this year.
A driver was killed when his vehicle crashed into a storm drain in Wanniassa on Australia Day.
It followed the death of a 72 year-old man who died while cycling around the Black Mountain Peninsula in Acton days earlier.
On Sunday, a man died in a single vehicle crash off the northbound lanes of Erindale Drive, in Canberra's south, bringing the ACT's road fatality this year to four.
