Police are appealing for information after a shop worker in Rochdale was forced to hand over a 'large quantity' of cash during a robbery this morning.
Officers were called to reports of a robbery at a premises on Chapel Walk, Middleton, at around 9am on Friday (April 14). The shop worker was reportedly 'forced' back into the store as they lifted the shutters, before being made to open the safe and hand over the cash. The suspect then made off on foot towards the Foxall Street area.
A CCTV image has been released of a man police want to speak to a man in connection with their enquiries, after what they called a 'concerning incident'.
