Oscar Piastri has urged Jack Doohan to enjoy his first Australian Formula One Grand Prix, despite speculation swirling about the local hope's long-term future at Alpine.

Doohan, the son of MotoGP legend Mick, begins his first F1 season as a full-time driver after making his debut in last season's finale at Abu Dhabi.
