Philippe Clement has lamented his side's poor finishing and urged Rangers to be "more clinical" despite their 1-0 win over Hearts.
The Ibrox manager watched his side squander several chances including gilt-edged opportunities for Ridvan Yilmaz and Danilo.
And while the Belgian was happy with some aspects of his side's play, he wants to see a much less profligate forward line in the games ahead.
He told Sky Sports: "Mentally and work rate, it was really good. It's a really tough place to come and when you don't get the second goal they stay in the game with long balls and fights and throw ins. We managed to defend well against that with the whole team but we need to get the second goal to finish the game and break their belief.
"We had five really big chances today. It should have been at least three goals and then it's a different end to the game. We were in control but one bad ball, one ball that drops in front of someone's feet or a shot from distance and you can lose. Anything can happen. We need to be more clinical in our finishing.
"We showed a lot of good things too but we need to be less sloppy on the ball and we lost too many balls. We played good football in moments and scored a really good goal."
One man singled out for praise was goalscorer Abdallah Sima who netted for the 12th time since signing in the summer on loan from Brighton. The Senegalese international was found with a delicious James Tavernier pass and Clement reckons his Rangers teammates are beginning to play to his many strengths.
He said: "He's growing and getting better and better. The other players are starting to understand how to use his strength and he's a very important player for us."
