Peter Hook has suggested Oasis could help him form a truce with New Order.

The 70-year-old musician is looking forward to attending the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame later this year as both New Order and Joy Division will be inducted as a single act, and he has insisted he has no plans to "stand with" his former bandmate on stage at the ceremony after long held animosity between them.
