Pete Davidson angrily SHOVES fan as he is swarmed at Knicks play-off game

Pete Davidson was far from happy at the actions of a fellow Knicks fan at the weekend who got a little bit too close for the star's liking.

The footage from the incident was caught on camera too and Pete can be seen switching between nice and angry as he tries to spare some time for his fans.

He had been courtside at Madison Square Garden for his beloved New York Knicks' playoff showdown with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he sat beside fellow comedian John Stewart.

Pete, 29, would have been in a happy mood following his team's victory and he was seen mingling with those in attendance.

However, while he was more than happy to smile for the camera, he took exception to one fan's insistence of getting up close and personal.

He angrily pushed the spectator when he laid his hands on his shoulder.

In the clip captured and shared to Twitter by Clique Productions Pete is seen pushing the fan off him before quickly returning to force a smile for another fan who wanted a selfie.

The incident clearly rattled Pete, who then walked away from the scene angrily shaking his head.

Pete hasn't addressed the scenes in public yet and is set to get ready for his latest appearance on Saturday Night Live.

He famously quit the show while dating Kim Kardashian last year, but is set to return to be a special host on the show on May 6.

Musical guest on the episode will be Lil Uzi Vert and comes on the back of the show's two-week hiatus.

As well as the exciting appearance, Pete's comedy series Bupkis is set to debut on Peacock on May 4.

The new series is loosely based on his own life growing up on Staten Island. It will feature an array of big-name stars, including Al Gore and Joe Pesci.

He also voices Mirage in the upcoming feature film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, which debuts on June 9, before his feature part on Dumb Money alongside the likes of Seth Rogen, which is set for release on October.
