The Perth Wildcats will remain on the road for the foreseeable future after the WA government's border backflip made it near impossible for the NBL to schedule games in Perth in February.
The WA border was originally set to reopen on February 5, but that has now been delayed indefinitely after the COVID-19 variant Omicron gripped the rest of the country.
The Wildcats were set to host the Sydney Kings on February 6 and the Cairns Taipans on February 10 at RAC Arena, but those matches have now been postponed.
Instead, the Wildcats will face South East Melbourne Phoenix on February 5 and 13, with both games to be played at John Cain Arena.
The switch has forced the NBL to change the opponents in some other games across rounds 10 and 11.
The Wildcats sit second on the ladder with an impressive 7-2 record, with only Melbourne United (8-2) above them.
