Wolves winger Pedro Neto is said to be Arsenal's main transfer priority for the remainder of the summer window.
That is according to The Athletic, who claim that the Gunners are keen to bring Neto to the Emirates Stadium, although concerns over financial fair play may make any deal difficult if Wolves' valuation of the player is deemed to be too steep. The 22-year-old attacker has established himself as one of the brightest young wingers over the last few years, earning plenty of praise from some of the game's top footballing minds, including Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.
Speaking back in 2021, Guardiola said: "Neto is an incredible player and Adama (Traore) as well. This team, when you let them run, they kill you. The pace, with (Ruben) Semedo from behind, but especially from Adama and Neto."

Newcastle icon Alan Shearer has also previously heaped praise on the Portuguese attacker, describing him as a huge talent - high praise indeed from the Premier League's all-time leading goalscorer. “A huge talent who is having a fine season", Shearer told the official Premier League website when discussing Neto.
"He changed the game and scored a great goal.”
