People with high IQ challenged to spot 3 differences between breakfasts in 10 seconds

Brain teasers are a quick way to keep your mind sharp by boosting your cognitive ability.

Known to improve memory, they help you to think outside of the box to find a solution while improving your brain health in the long run.

They work by challenging your ability to spot hidden objects that are tricky to see at first glance, or anomalies in busy images, and are fun ways to help you stay focused on one task at a time.

And in this latest brain teaser puzzle, people are challenged to find three differences between two plates of breakfast items, piled high with pancakes, eggs, fruit, and a mug of coffee to wash it all down.

There is a catch though - you only have 10 seconds to find all three differences if you want to be able to tell people you have a high IQ, The Mirror reports.

So if you want to give it a go and test your mental skills, check out the two pictures below.

At first glance, it seems as though the two images are the same, right?

There are three differences lurking in the details of the images, and while one or two of them might jump out at you quite quickly, finding all three in just 10 seconds can be tricky.

According to Jagran Josh, studies suggest that engaging in such activities stimulates the areas of the brain responsible for concentration and memory, and so practising these activities on a regular basis will result in enhanced concentration and better memory retention.

Have you managed to find all three of the differences yet? Don't worry about the 10-second time limit if you're still trying to find them all, you can take as long as you need!

However, we're about to show you a picture with the answers highlighted, so if you're not quite done with the puzzle yet, don't scroll any further.

As in the picture above, the three differences were: the shape of the fried egg was slightly different on the far left-hand side, there was a leaf added to the two berries in the middle of the picture on the right, and at the bottom of the right picture, one of the raspberries had been swapped for a blueberry.

Did you get them all? Let us know your time in the comments.
