IMPHAL: Stating that no government can function without the support of its people, Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh on Saturday said their cooperation is a must for good governance.
Addressing a gathering after a mass plantation drive at the Kanglatongbi-Kangpokpi reserve forest areas in Kangpokpi district, the CM appealed to people and stakeholders to protect the reserved forests and also to plant trees in villages and inhabited areas also.
