Pennsylvania's House of Representatives passed a bill requiring state testing of baby food for arsenic, lead, cadmium and mercury, with only three lawmakers voting against it.

House Bill 507 cleared the chamber 200 to 3 on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, with all three no votes cast by Republicans.
