Pedal to the metal: Brumbies chase last-round bonus point before finals

The ACT Brumbies will chase a bonus point win in a bid to rise up the Super Rugby ladder when they face Moana Pasifika at Canberra Stadium.

Three Brumbies have been ruled out for the remainder of the Super Rugby campaign in a major blow to the club's finals tilt - and a fourth is racing the clock to play again this season.

Outside centre Kadin Pritchard has been ruled out of Saturday's clash with Moana Pasifika at Canberra Stadium, and is expected to miss the remainder of the season with a high-grade hamstring injury.

The rookie centre - who has been targeted by the NRL's PNG Chiefs after bursting onto the Super Rugby scene - will be replaced by Hudson Creighton, with Jarrah McLeod in line for a Super Rugby debut this weekend as the Brumbies close out the regular season.

Outside back Ollie Sapsford will miss up to a month due to a knee injury, but there is a glimmer of hope he could return during the finals series.
