Yashish Dahiya and Alok Bansal, founders of Policybazaar parent PB Fintech, together sold a 0.8% stake in the company for Rs 665 crore, according to information disclosed on the National Stock Exchange. Dahiya, chairman and group chief executive, sold shares worth Rs 455 crore, while Bansal offloaded stock worth Rs 210 crore on Friday.
The shares were acquired by investors including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Hong Kong-based Viridian Asset Management, Kotak Securities, Tata Mutual Fund, National Pension System Trust, and other domestic and foreign portfolio investors. The transaction was executed at Rs 1,751 per share.
