Paul Merson has called Nottingham Forest's defending "atrocious" during their 3-2 loss at Liverpool, but has gone for the Reds to claim a shock victory over Brighton on Wednesday.
The Reds are on an 11 games winless run having last tasted victory in a 1-0 win over Leeds in February. Steve Cooper's side are currently second from bottom in the Premier League table.
They face a Brighton team on Wednesday who have had a fantastic season and were only narrowly beaten on penalties in their FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United on Sunday.

But Merson thinks the Reds will claim all three points when the two teams meet at the City Ground. He told Sportskeeda: "Nottingham Forest did all right against Liverpool and were a lot better than everyone thought they would be, but their defending was atrocious. If you don't win any of your away games, you've got to win at home.
"Brighton just crashed out of the FA Cup. With the way they lost and how long it took, they'll be deflated. Forest could have a chance, because Brighton will have to pick those players up and get them to play again. They've just played a penalty shoot-out in a semi-final and lost.
"This is a different game now, and the timing matters a lot. I'm backing Nottingham Forest to pull off a shock win this week."
