Tonight (December 11) will see three chefs battle it out to become the winner of the latest cooking competition series - and we can't wait.
Masterchef: The Professionals will return to our screens yet again after six weeks of fierce competition - and with only the three of best left, it's only set to get tougher.
Set to cook the three most spectacular courses of their lives for the judges, each chef must showcase their talent in a bid to take home the crown. And one chef doing this is Paisley's Sagar Massey.

The senior sous chef, who previously worked in Glasgow's Cail Bruich, continues to impress viewers at home with his unique flavours - and he's getting a lot of support online with many calling on him to be the 2022 winner.
Taking to Glasgow Live, Sagar Massey admitted he, only naturally, had concerns about applying but his nerves were soon put at ease.
He said: "I thought it would be very scary but it actually wasn't, it was very enjoyable.
"When you are in the kitchen, you are always nervous. You are always scared it's going to go wrong. But now it's all over, it was a very enjoyable experience."
Answering with a big grin and laughing when asked whether he thought he would make it to the semi-finals, Sagar admitted: "Oh when I started I was like 'no I'm not going to pass through the first round', but I kept myself calm and did what I practiced and yeah, it gave me a good results."
But now we are seeing the chef battle it out with two other finalists - and we are of course rooting for him.
The 23-year-old revealed to us last week that he wanted to open his own eatery in the city. He said: "I really want to open my own restaurant. I want to do my own style of food and showcase what I'm all about, what I'm bringing to the table and what's new about me. So that's the plan if everything goes well.
"And if something comes up in Glasgow, it's like my hometown, I've spent around nine years here so yeah, definitely Glasgow."
You can watch Masterchef: The Professionals on Sunday (December 11) at 6.15pm.
