A paedophile clown found with thousands of indecent images of children on his phone failed to tell police he had moved home to new town, a court was told.
Authorities tracked down Kingsley Perera to his new address after receiving information from the Department for Work and Pensions, Swansea Crown Court heard.
When officers attended the property, they discovered what appeared to be a child's bedroom with a "racing car" bed inside, Wales Online reports.
