Ola Jordan has celebrated fitting back into a 'classic' catsuit in her wardrobe after dropping three dress sizes.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer, 40, and her husband James Jordan lost a combined 6.5 stone after transforming their lifestyle.
Ola became a mum for the first time to the couple's daughter Ella in 2020. Both she and husband James gained weight during the pandemic and lockdowns.
The couple then decided to transform their lifestyles after reaching the 'lowest point' in her life. Ola admitted she became a 'shell of her former self' after gaining weight.
Before her 3.5 stone weight loss, Ola had a sort through her wardrobe and found a grey lace catsuit with sparkly embellishments and filmed herself with the outfit and said that she would like to fit back into it "maybe one day".
In the clip, the dancer held the ensemble up against her body and said: "I'm sorting my wardrobes out and look what I found, my – one of my favourite outfits that I used to wear.
"I won't be able to fit in it now, it's like half of my body would fit in but, maybe one day."
The clip then cut to Ola after her weight loss wearing the jaw-dropping number as she held her arms up and said: "Yes I'm back in my catsuit," before placing her hands on her hips and smiling at the camera.
As Ola shared the video on her Instagram page, she wrote in the caption: "I'm so glad I kept this in the back of my wardrobe! My classic catsuit.
"Back in the summer I dug it out as motivation to keep me going when we’d both decided to we needed to get off our bums and make a change. But I didn’t think I’d ever be able to get back in it!"
She added as she asked her fans: "Maybe you have something in your wardrobe you’d like to get back into? Let me know what - maybe your wedding dress?! It’s a great way to keep you focussed if you’ve decided this is the year you’re doing to get fit and healthy."
Ola then finished the caption with an offer on her weight loss plan to end the caption.
It comes after Ola and James revealed they turned their lives around by changing their diet and Ola recently said she feels like a "brand new person" now.
"I feel like I've lost a whole person. A size 14 was my biggest. I'm quite short as well so a size 14 for some people isn't big and that's the problem with weight and sizes because some people say a 14 isn't big," she explained.
"But being 5ft3 and a size 14 is big. I'm a size eight now. I missed my old self. There's nothing wrong with admitting it," she added to Mail Online.
The former Strictly star went on: "People now preach body positivity, and they accept it, but I really missed my old self and that's not just my body it was with dance and everything else. Health is important for me, and I want to stay healthy for as long as I can."
