A Cincinnati woman who bore four children with her uncle—and kept them in such "dire" conditions that they were emaciated, unable to walk or speak—has pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including child endangerment and kidnapping.

Hannah Johnson, 28, was sentenced in January to 10 to 14 years in prison.
